2021 has been confirmed as a particularly significant year for The Italian Sea Group, which has seen further consolidation of the Company in the mega-yachts segment and in strategically relevant markets such as the US.
“Soon after the Perini Navi acquisition, finalised at the end of January, the production sites of Viareggio and La Spezia are already operational, the majority of employees have been reinstated and we have lunched important projects with great commitment and energy, with the goal of further strengthening such a prestigious brand in the global yachting world.”
A clear route that of Giovanni Costantino, Founder & CEO of The Italian Sea Group, global operator in the yachting industry in the construction and refit of yachts up to 140 meters, which operates on the market with the brands Admiral and Tecnomar.
The last prestigious brand entering the family was Perini Navi in 2021 that, thanks to the acquisition from the Group, has re-started activities in the historic shipyards of Viareggio and La Spezia dedicated to the production of large dimensions sailing yachts.

The Group’s strategic plan includes a strong commitment in the realisation of clean energy yachts and the use of eco-friendly materials such fiberglass and paint system.
Production capacity – 3/3
In 2021 the new 140 meters long dry dock, unique in the Mediterranean, has been completed.

The Company has recently signed a partnership with Giorgio Armani for the realization of a series of personalised yachts with stylistic and design solutions.

An internal R&D department made up of around 25 architects always works in close cooperation with the Owners.
