New TISG Academy courses start again

A continuous training for employees of the company and for graduates of Italian Universities.

Marina di Carrara, 14 September 2021. The second session of courses of the TISG Academy started again yesterday, the project launched in March by The Italian Sea Group, dedicated to the creation of excellent courses for the employees of the company and for graduate students of Italian Universities.

This second cycle of seminaries will be dedicated to the graduating students in naval and nautical engineering of the University of La Spezia through the foundation Promostudi and the University of Trieste. “We are proud to offer this opportunity in the last mile that precedes the inclusion of young people in the world of work” – comments the Founder & CEO of The Italian Sea Group Giovanni Costantino. The course carried out will face arguments of great interest relative to the nautical world, like the prevention of the fires on board, the analysis of the phenomena of noise or the transmission of the vibrations until safety on board, without neglecting the constant training on technical and aesthetic quality, the founding value of the company philosophy. The confirmation of interest received during the first summer session by the participants, organizers and teachers, allows the Academy to start with a seminar held by Commander of the Port Authority F. Rovetti. It will be the first in a series of three programs, with a focus on safety in ports and yachts, and it will be the incipit to the new programming that sees a membership by all the agencies involved until 2022.
