The Board of Statutory Auditors will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2022.
Born in Naples, he graduated in economics in 1989. During his career, he has worked as an auditor, chairman of the board of statutory auditors and statutory auditor of several companies and entities. Felice Simbolo has also served as chairman of the board of directors and director in companies and is a founding partner of FMG & partners corporate advisors S.r.l. He served as a director of the Issuer from 2014 to 2017 and from 8 May 2020 he is Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Issuer.
Born in Rome, he has a degree in Economics from the University of Rome and is a qualified chartered accountant and auditor. He has a master degree in Finance and Management Control. He served as controller in Technicolor S.p.A. from 1998 to 2003, as administrative manager of Astaldi S.p.A.’s investee companies from 2004 to 2006, as administration and finance area manager in Sigma Tau Group from 2006 to 2009, as CFO in Cisa S.p.A. from 2010 to 2011, as consultant to the Vintage capital private equity fund in 2012, as CFO of Beauty Point S.p.A. from 2012 to 2014, since 2015 he has been a consultant to companies and is a chartered accountant and auditor.
Born in Rome on 6 June 1972. She graduated in Economics at the University La Sapienza of Rome, and is qualified as a chartered accountant and auditor. Barbara Bortolotti is a member of boards of statutory auditors of companies, as well as a liquidator in several limited liability cooperatives in the procedures of compulsory liquidation and dissolution ex art 2454 septiesdeces c.c.. She also advises on financial statements, accounting, and tax matters in real estate management companies and companies operating in other sectors; valuations of companies and business units on a voluntary basis and pursuant to law; management of tax disputes before tax commissions and financial offices; and management of business crises (drafting of certified plans pursuant to Articles 160 et seq. of Royal Decree 267/1942).

Florence.

Luisa Bortolotti is a member of boards of statutory auditors and an auditor of corporations, as well as advising on tax and management control matters. The standing statutory auditor Barbara Bortolotti is the sister of the alternate auditor Luisa Bortolotti.
