The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. Activities have not been delayed following the exceptional bad weather wave
The Italian Sea Group, global operator in the luxury yachting industry, announces that the exceptional storm which hit Marina di Carrara on August 18th has not have any impact on the progress of the production activities inside the shipyard.
Production has not been interrupted, continuing at full speed since the day following the event, thanks to the intervention of the entire “The Italian Sea Group” Team, that has promptly granted their availability for the recovery of the areas.
Throughout its history, The Italian Sea Group has always been committed to invest in the safety and security of its facilities, carrying out prevention activities in case of such events, which in the past few years have started occurring more and more frequently.
It is thanks to this attention, both on an engineering and executive level, that all workers in the shipyard were unharmed and, at the same time, all Company activities have been able to continue without delays.
Please not that the amount of the general structural damages is covered by insurance policy.
