G. Costantino: established the TISG mothers bonus

The Italian Sea Group nurtures and strengthens the fruitful relationship with its employees through an important initiative supporting mothers. The “TISG Mothers Bonus“, as announced during International Women’s Day at the beginning of March, is a benefit reserved for permanent female employees who are mothers of children under 6 years old.

The contribution, valued at €150, will be paid monthly starting from April, from the birth until the completion of the sixth year of the children’s age.

The “TISG Mothers Bonus” recognizes all mothers for the great commitment and constant dedication they bring to the Company daily.

This initiative of ours, also in line with the social and economic priorities of our country aimed at mitigating the decline in the birth rate, it is an investment in the future, the beginning of a path that sees our Group alongside all women and their families”.

120 women currently work in The Italian Sea Group, including 30 mothers.

TISG mother bonus: the Group’s commitment to corporate welfare continues

The “TISG Mothers Bonus” contribution is in addition to all the initiatives that are part of TISG’s corporate welfare, such as:

  • The Italian Sea Group Young Award”, the cash prize established by the Company for young employees under 30.
  • TISG New Gen”, a project to include new high school graduates within the Group.
  • The Village”, internal structure dedicated to the well-being of employees and their families.
